The mixed building, urban and rustic, has good sun exposure, is located about 400 meters from the sea coast, has a view to the sea, is limited to the north by Conde Carvalhal Street and extends south to the backyard (recreation ) from school. The east (east) border with another owner and Ribeiro do Pasto; west (west) with private entrance that serves several urban buildings and with another owner.
